The first formal boog Jam went down at the start of August with the Lostshore boog community.

A chance visit (stag do) to Edinburgh by some of the best and most well respected bodyboarders from Ireland, coincided on the day, giving a great opportunity for some of the Scottish based guys to a share few waves and yarns with the Irish crew. The local guys were not only stoked to share waves with some of these legendary names but were also super stoked to meet an iconic name from the Jersey bodyboard scene, Colin Crowther. The local guys were frothing at seeing a full on ‘sponge fest’ in the pool, that there wasn’t much water left by the end of the session.
