Welcome to Boogerbods Beginners Workout! A comprehensive introduction to specific training for bodyboarding for all levels and genders which improves strength and flexibility.
Aim to do 3x per week for 2-3 months then move onto to Boogerbods Intermediate Workout for more of a challenge and more results!
