Boogerbod Intermediate Level Workout
Welcome to Boogerbods Intermediate Level Workout! A comprehensive introduction to specific training for bodyboarding for all levels and genders which improves strength, performance and flexibility.
Aim to do 3x per week for 2-3 month then move onto to Boogerbods Advanced Workout for more of a challenge and more results! You can repeat the circuit 2-3 for a longer 30-45min workout for improvements in muscular endurance.
